The Night Sky Origin Story

Originally, we called the character “Star Constellation” but eventually settled on the name Night Sky because we thought it had a better ring to it. When Night Sky was on the drawing board, Olga Saretsky, the founder of Kikimora Studio had a specific goal of creating the character’s costume without using a sewing machine. The resulting outfit was sculpted entirely from wire, kitchen plastic wrap, iridescent foil and fairy lights. After a year of design and creation, we finally had a completed character that ended up looking exactly as it was originally imagined.  It took that long because making each piece manually required a lot of time and repetitive work. We were grateful to have part of our team and friends occasionally help with this enormous time invested in this character.

Now that Night Sky is created, the character can be a wonderful entertainment centerpiece that transforms your guest’s experience into amazing memories.

The special moment of the party is happening and after all lights are off a robot performer full of lights arrives with full energy with the music of a popular latin dance song that motivates people to “go to the club and consume drugs”. Oops…grand entrance, but wrong song for children and many of them running scared of the aggressive dance of the robot. The learning experience of this unfortunate result of “the event of the year for that family”  It is important to choose entertainment that catches the attention of everyone at your event in a positive way and gives the feeling of joy, because happiness is contagious.
